Series Overview

Kubota offers a range of cost-effective and highly productive, dual rotor centre delivery rakes. These rakes are mounted on sturdy, trailed axle frames providing floatation and field stability for even centre swath formation. Actively steered wheels, the TerraLink Quattro suspension system and hydraulic working width adjustment are standard features.

Features

Kubota TerraLink Quattro The Kubota Terralink Quattro ground following suspension system allows the tines to gently pick up the crop without contacting the ground. The trailed axle configuration provides stable transport down the road. It also gives superb stability on slopes for hassle-free operation.

Features

Durable CompactLine Gearbox The Kubota CompactLine rakes feature oil-immersed cam discs and guide rollers. Also, the tine arm bearings are fully lubricated, and hence are absolutely maintenance-free. High-tensile tine arm holders and two bearings on either side of the driveshaft, provide the compact unit with strength and dependability.
Durable CompactLine Gearbox

Features

Exceptional Maneuverability The rotors are lifted hydraulically for headlands turns. Active wheel steering allows the rake to go through a narrow gateway and make sharp turns on headlands up to 80°.
Exceptional Maneuverability

Features

Adjustable Raking Height Tine height can be adjusted using a crank handle located on the front of the rotor. Cables and hoses are guided and secured to help avoid damage.
Adjustable Raking Height

Features

Easy Transport Rotors hydraulically folded up for transport and storage. To limit height further, the tine arms can be removed and secured on the mainframe and the swath board folds up automatically.
Easy Transport

Features

Tractor Cab Control All functions can be controlled from the tractor cab. A simple cable is used to activate the standard hydraulic fold swath board and with a 20" lifting height / crop clearance, swaths are easily crossed.

Features

Tandem Axles Each rake comes standard with 4-wheels per rotor to provide optimal rotor positioning. Tandem axles are available to improve stability for up to 6 wheels per rotor.

Features

ProLine Gearbox A unique fully enclosed drive system design comprised of oil-immersed pinion and crown wheels making the entire system maintenance-free. The optimised shape of the curved disc allows the tine arms to lift higher, leaving a more uniform swath which ensures a faster drying process.

Features

Tines & Tine Saver Clips Both CompactLine and ProLine rakes feature durable tines and are available with optional "tine-saver" clips help prevent the loss of tines in the field in the event any are damaged. CompactLine: 0.35" (9mm), ProLine: 0.39" (10mm).

Features

Curved Tine Arms All Kubota rakes feature cranked tine arms for significantly cleaner raking performance and optimized swath formation. This design ensures that the row of tines on each tine bar has a more effective approach angle to the oncoming crop, and also gives a cleaner lift of the tine from the formed swath.
